Mary Jane Mountain Collection

The School of Archaeology and Anthropology holds assemblages of archaeological material collected by staff and student researchers. The collections contain material excavated for past research and material that is currently being used by researchers. The material is often accompanied by documentary photographs, field notebooks, maps and drawings.

There are currently three archaeology collections recognised by the ANU:

  • Wilfred Shawcross Collection
  • John Mulvaney Collection
  • Mary-Jane Mountain Collection
